This 002 batch packs a punch with two different chillis including the infamous Carolina Reaper and the best all rounder the Habanero! Created over several days, the chillis, garlic, onion and oranges are smoked over hickory then soaked in American bourbon for a further 4 days to develop a deep taste, This is truly a fine example of what a hot sauce should taste like!

Ingredients:
Chilis including Carolina Reaper, water, sugar, vinegar, bourbon, garlic, onion, oranges, salt And a touch of honey !
