Ideas for use:
Spice marinade for your next lamb dish or roast.
Perfect roast lamb, every time:
Simply mix equal parts Bahh Bahh Q to oil, mix and massage onto meat.
Leave sit for a few hours or even better over night.
Ideal on BBQ, Smoker, Spit or in the oven!
Cooking times will vary, but ideally always cook to meat temp not time.
Lamb internal temps are:
Rare - 60c
Med - Rare - 60 - 65c
Medium 65-70c
Med - Well done 70c
Well done - 75c
Always rest min 10-20 mins
Ingredients:
Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Onion, Garlic Salt, Pepper and citrus
Instructions:
Shake well before use, store in cool place to avoid clumping.
