If you love to BBQ, slow cook or smoke this rub is for you. While there is not much heat this BBQ rub is packed full of flavor, Its sweetness compliments delicate meats such as chicken and pork. This family friendly rub is a great all rounder and a safe go to for all of your BBQ needs.

Sprinkle on pork or chicken prior to cooking or use on chips.
Easy Pulled Pork Recipe:
Sprinkle liberally on pork butt, smoke on 107c until internal temp reaches 75c, wrap in foil add 200mls of apple juice and cook until internal temp is at 95c. Let rest for 1 hour min, pull apart and enjoy on burgers with slaw, tacos, pizza or add into pasta for an amazing pulled pork ragu.
Cooking time will vary depending on size of meat but allow 10 hours.
